Common questions

Do your prices really include everything?
Yes. Our rates include colour PVC interiors, soft-close hinges and drawer runners, ABS edging on all doors and side panels, and standard laminate selection. Kitchen orders include a free stainless steel dish rack and tray and 3 tier drawers. Additional add ons may include drawer tracks and side panels, items that genuinely require additional materials. We explain this upfront, always.
What are variation orders and do you issue them?
Variation orders (VOs) are additional charges added after a job is agreed upon. Common industry tactics include charging extra for colour interiors, laminate choices, height variations, L-shape layouts, and "unforeseen" costs. Across all our years in operation, we have never issued an unnecessary variation order. Our quote is our commitment.
Do I need to submit anything to HDB before starting?
For pure carpentry works (kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV consoles, shoe cabinets) there is no HDB permit submission required. No hacking or structural work is involved. You can proceed directly — which means faster turnaround for you.
What's the minimum order?
Kitchen cabinets require a minimum of 20 feet. All other items (wardrobe, TV console, shoe cabinet, feature wall) have a minimum of 6 feet.
How soon can you start after I confirm?
Typically 3–4 weeks from confirmation, depending on our current schedule. We'll give you a clear timeline during the site visit so you can plan your move-in around it.
Do you work with BTO key collection owners?
Yes — BTO owners are exactly who we specialise in. HDB flats don't come with kitchen cabinets as standard, so carpentry is one of your first and most essential purchases. We understand the BTO timeline and can work around your key collection and move-in dates.
